The two equally sized and identically designed conference rooms are located on the first and second floors and often serve as breakout rooms for meetings that are booked in addition to the Oraniensaal or Nassausalon.

Depending on your requirements, we can set up small buffets in these conference rooms so that you remain undisturbed or we can provide you with everything your heart desires à la minute to order.

Garden room

Garden room - for meetings and private dinners

The garden room is elegantly furnished to a high standard and is the ideal room for meetings and conferences. The large conference table seats 8-12 people. As the name suggests, the garden room has direct access to the Mediterranean garden. Ideal for quickly leaving the room for a confidential phone call or for continuing a conversation over a cigarette and an espresso on the terrace.

Nassausalon

Nassausalon - for conferences and celebrations

The nassausalon combines the charm of a salon with plenty of natural light and modern lighting technology. Ideal for large round-table meetings or festive dinners in a private atmosphere, this room is particularly popular because it is not too big and not too small. Here, the host also has room to walk around the long table and tell a story about each of his guests.

Depending on requirements, the nassausalon can be equipped with presentation and conference technology. The location facing the inner courtyard is quiet, so you can open the windows and let cool air into the room if the discussion gets heated.

Oranien Hall

Oraniensaal - a versatile event space

The Oraniensaal is the largest function room in the Hotel Oranien, with 160 seats for theater-style seating and 120 seats for parliamentary-style seating. The room, which is flooded with natural light from two sides, has state-of-the-art lighting and air-conditioning technology and also has direct access to the garden via the foyer. The multifunctional room is used for presentations and conferences as well as for receptions and festive occasions. The option of dividing the hall down the middle offers additional flexibility without sacrificing qualities such as daylight or technical facilities.

Meet & Eat

"Meet & Eat" - our special conference concept at the Oranien Residences

Not all meetings are the same – which is why we are pursuing a new concept with “Meet & Eat”, in which culinary delights are not neglected. With the opening of the Oranien Residences, we can offer you a further conference room in addition to the usual conference facilities in the hotel.

Our “Wiesbaden” room is located on the first floor of the new Residences and can accommodate up to 20 people, depending on the desired seating arrangement. Whether it’s a conference, training session or a cozy get-together, this place will refresh and invigorate you. The combination of contemporary design, modern conference elements, air conditioning and our attentive conference service will make your event a complete success.
